Many are familiar with wireless as a connection medium to get online, but did you know that customer/visitor engagement is shifting towards using wireless as the platform? Now that wireless has become pervasive in most all locations we are looking for more ways to utilize the infrastructure that has been built and installed. We have extended Voice communications, inventory management, patient tracking in hospitals, and more to wireless. The next way to expand our investment and see a greater return is to deploy a mobile engagement platform (MEP) over the wireless network.

Retailers, hospitality, medical, universities, all can see benefits by deploying a MEP to engage with their visitors. By marrying our high density wireless network design with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) beacons we can create a highly dynamic platform that anyone can manage and configure. The interfaces that can be used out of the box on systems are easy for marketing team members to use allowing IT to be removed from the process.
